Selected Cases

1

Listkit · 2024 - 2025
B2B outreach retention
The challenge
Leads got purchased, then the campaign feature went untouched.
What I designed
A four-scenario retention loop, from decision screen to credit-limit safeguard.

Notification design

View case
The only thing connecting a lead purchase to a campaign was a passive link in Order History — it assumed users would remember why they were there. Most didn't, and the leads they'd just paid for sat unused.
A four-scenario retention system built from a notification taxonomy I mapped upfront: an explicit decision screen right after purchase, in-context lead-sourcing inside empty campaigns, auto-generated follow-ups when a list runs dry, and a credit-limit safeguard that routes into the product's existing upgrade path instead of failing silently.

2

Aithentic · 2025
Enterprise asset import
The challenge
Losing enterprise deals to manual, technical-specialist-led onboarding.
What I designed
A guided import with partial triage, dual bulk-edit modes, and resilient uploads.

Resilience

View case
The only path onto Aithentic was a technical specialist manually re-entering data — it didn't scale past a handful of deals and slowed every sales cycle down.
A three-way triage imports valid rows immediately while issues stay editable in place. Two bulk-edit modes handle systemic fixes and individual outliers differently. Explicit states for lost connection and interrupted uploads keep multi-thousand-row imports from losing progress.

Respeecher · 2024
AI voice generation
Regeneration
A recovery flow for refining
accent and pitch after a result.

When a voice result was not right, users had to restart from the catalogue: find the voice again, select an accent and pitch, then generate again.
I turned that restart loop into an in-context iteration. From the result list, users can adjust accent and pitch, regenerate the same voice, compare versions and keep refining until the output feels right.

MakeDeal · 2021–2023
Browser-native recruiting workflows
The challenge
Turning fragmented sourcing and outreach into a consistent team workflow.
What I designed
A recruiting extension and admin platform for projects, templates, tracking, CVs and follow-ups.

View case MakeDeal connected LinkedIn sourcing to a shared recruiting workspace. Recruiters could track activity, select the right project, set a follow-up and attach a candidate CV without leaving the page.

The admin platform gave teams control over the system behind that work: reusable templates and variables, project requirements, candidate pipeline and activity analytics.
